Question about Whirlpool Washing Machines
AWO5761 is a correct model number.
From the Service Manual, F06 for this model means Tachometer failure (no motor movement detected). I'm not a washing machine repairer but just came across your question whilst looking for a picture of this model for a customer!

This model is incorrect...You should be able to locate the model and serial inside the door on a sticker or a plate. If it isn`t there it will be on the back of the unit. however what you are most likely seeing is the error code F06 not FOG. This error code basically means that there is an error occuring while in the spin cycle. The motor control board may have a problem as well as the motor wiring harness. I would have it properly tested by a technician to ensure a proper diagnoses.Hope this helps
