I would suggest pulling the black elbow out , and blowing thru it , to clear any possible obstruction . Then , use an adhesive , like super glue or a 3m adhesive product , around the black spout . This spout , inserts into the drain pan outlet tube . After applying the adhesive , reinstall the black spout into the tube , and use duct tape to hold it securely , against the refrig body .

Culligan n8 black hose fell off and water was flowing out until i turned off the valve how and where do i re attach thx

If the "black hose" is about 1/2" in diameter it attaches to the drain elbow on the left side of the valve. Use a hose clamp, cut some of the drain line back (about 2") slide it back on the drain elbow and clamp it on the elbow.
If the black hose is 3/8" it attaches to the fitting on the salt tank, which attaches to the float.
If it broke because it is brittle I would go to any water treatment dealer and get a new piece of "brine line" to replace it.

My front loading GE washer WSSH300 will not drain.

Don't know if this will help or not, but your owners manual is available at http://genet.geappliances.com/DocSearch/Dispatcher
Water won’t drain
Drain hose is kinked or •
Straighten drain hose and make sure washer is not improperly connected sitting on it. Top of drain outlet should be less than 8 ft. (2.5 m)
above floor. Household drain may • Check household plumbing. You may need to call be clogged a plumber. Plumbing this washer directly to a pipe is hard on the motor. Usually the drain hose elbow is inserted in a stand pipe, meaning the washer would drain water on the floor is the stand pipe is clogged.
Several items can cause the lack of draining.
If you can get to the drain hose, try lowering to a point that it will drain into a bucket. If it drains the system is not clogged. If you advance the timer and the washer drains this maybe the culprit. The motor can overheat and shut off. I would advance the timer to spin and listen for a hum in the motor and then quiet, a sign that the motor has overheated. If the water drains it sounds like the timer is at fault.
I would first make sure the drain hose is properly installed and not kinked somewhere. In earlier GE's the water drain pump could clog, your manual doesn't indicate that as a defect. Regardless timer, motor and pump are in the cycle to empty the washer water.

Never installed a dishwasher. Want to give it a try. Ha a LG LDF6920ST.. Any advice?

For water supply, use a braided stainless steel flexible dishwasher supply hose with 3/8 compression ends on each side and a 3/8 male NPT x 3/8 compression elbow adapter. There is a tee with 3/8 female compression x 3/8 male compression x 3/8 male compression which can be used between the hot water shut off valve and the supply tube to the kitchen sink faucet to get your hot water with no significant plumbing work. Make sure the drain hose does not run straignt down back to the dishwasher. (put a loop up to make sure no dirty water tries to go back to the dishwasher.) If installing drain to a disposer drain port, make sure the knock out plug has been removed. It's also easiest if the floor under the dishwasher is at the same hight as the rest of the floor in the kitchen. Make sure wire nut connections are tight for electrical.

Then the line in the door is frozen . Either raise the freezer temp for several days , so the line in the door will thaw , or , I have heard using an air tank will blow the ice out of the line in the door . There is a heater for the water dispensor tube , pt # WR49X10173 , which should keep this from happening again .

Whirlpool DU943 leaks heavily when filling from

I doubt the H2O tank temp would have any affect... to fix the problem you will need to pull the unit out and replace the supply line from the valve to the elbow... I would recommend braided line.

If your talking about the fill tube that loops up the side of the unit it usually is just seperated at one of the fittings and can be pushed back intp lace or recalmped... otherwise you will have to purchase a new oem tube.

GE profile dishwasher gsd5130d00ww does not pump all the water out of the basin after each cycle. The pump runs at a very low flow and only removes a small portion of the water. the basin screen and sump...

I believe this unit has an anti-siphon ball that is equipped to prevent back flow. Pull the dishwasher out and syphon the remaining water out. There is a large manilla colored hose that elbows from the back with a large hose clamp. Loosen the hose clamp and pull the hose free, you should see a little white ball come out. Put the hose back together, remove the spray arm (there is a plastic clip on the back, use a small screwdriver to pry it free but don't break it and a small 1/4" head screw for you to remove). Remove the two 1/4" screws from the food trap basket and remove the food trap basket. Drop the ball down the tube that is roughly the same size and reassemble the reverse of removal.

Connection for continuous discharge

There unit should have come with a small plastic tube. One end should have a thread connecion for hose hook-up. There should be an opening on the back of the unit that you push the tube through to connect with a little elbow tube inside the unit. You should be able to see the elbow connector from the front of the unit by removing the water bucket. Just push the plastic tube in from the back until it fits snuggly over or into the elbow tube and replace the water bucket. Run the connected hose to your sump pump.
