Question about Acer NSK8458AN Keyboard
Firstly check if you have a good anti virus program running on your laptop. Then go to Start->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager. Here click on Keyboard and select the device shown and delete it. Then open Mice and ... and select the mouse and delete that too. Now reboot. Go to the same place again and Check if Windows has detected and loaded the keyboard and mouse. If not then from the Menu select Scan for new HW and allow Windows to detect the keyboard and mouse. Your problem will be saved. Probably the drivers for these devices have got corrupted due to some viral attack or some reason. Now that you have reinstalled them, you should not face this problem again.
