Question about HP Compaq 6720S Keyboard - K070502A1US
There could be either of the two reasons. One, your keyboard driver is corrupted and two, the keys are bad. If one, then Start->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device manager. Here click open the keyboard and select the device shown. Delete it and from the menu select Action and then Scan for new HW. Your driver will be reinstalled. if two, then open up the keyboard from bottom and under the keys you will find a very fine membrane. If that gets cut due to excess pressure on the keys then those keys stop working. This membrane is just one piece and needs to be changed as a whole. Do that and reassemble the keyboard.
