There could be either of the two reasons. One, your keyboard driver is corrupted and two, the keys are bad. If one, then Start->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device manager. Here click open the keyboard and select the device shown. Delete it and from the menu select Action and then Scan for new HW. Your driver will be reinstalled. if two, then open up the keyboard from bottom and under the keys you will find a very fine membrane. If that gets cut due to excess pressure on the keys then those keys stop working. This membrane is just one piece and needs to be changed as a whole. Do that and reassemble the keyboard.

Can i get a replacement key from dealer with car info?

No you can't get a key that will work (start the car) without at least one working key, if you don't have one working key then the dealer must replace the ignition switch and reprogram the system to recognize the new key code. This is very expensive the keys are about $100.00 each. A local locksmith may be able to do this cheaper if they have the proper tools, most don't and tell you to see the dealer.

You don't say what kind of vehicle we are talking about, but it is safe to assume your ignition switch needs to be replaced.

Program new key for montana

As long as you still have one that works, it's easy.
1) Insert the "original" (working) Key.2) Turn the Ignition to ON (RUN), but do NOT start the engine. Turn the Ignition OFF and remove the key.3) Within 15 seconds insert the new key and turn the Ignition to the ON (just to ON, not to START) position. The Security indicator should light up for about 2 seconds to indicate that the new key has been programmed.
At that point, it should work. I don't know how many different keys you can get the Theft Deterrent Module to recognize; there may be a limit.
If you're don't have a working key now, it's much more time-consuming;the procedure to get the TDM to recognize a different key takes about 30 minutes when you don't have an old one that works.

Had dead battery put new battery in and now the ac works but no air comes out of 4 dash vents. Checked fuse and relay. What next can I do?

When the battery was reconnected, the HVAC went through a recalibration, sometimes this caused the door actuators or the door gears to break or get stuck. Try the following; with the key ON, set all HVAC controls and switches to their OFF or CCW position, key OFF, disconnect battery and reconnect. Set key to ON (don't have to start vehicle) and don't touch any HVAC controls for about 2 minutes. Then try HVAC operation, if vents still don't work, you will need to have a mechanic look at it. Attached is a diagram of the actuator locations.

Ti89 responds to resets but nothing else

If the calculator is several years old it may be showing its age.
There is a connection point between the keyboard and the display
that over time loses its efficiency. Try this: press a number key
and at the same time apply pressure with your thumb or index
finger to the region of the calculator just below the display.
If you press hard, the number may just show up in the display.
This is a test for the tightness (or electrical efficiency) of the
keyboard-to-display connections.
Another way to make this test is to twist the calculator while
you depress a number key.
Sometimes the effect is such that the keys on one side or the
other work, or don't work, and the keys in the middle don't work
or work okay. By twisting (don't break it!) the calculator body
while you press the keys will show the weakness of the
connector between the display and the keyboard.
This can be repaired by a good electronic technician if you
explain to him what I just told you.
