The panel part number is BN96-01887A but is no longer available. It ran around 750 dollars so replacing the TV at this point would be less expensive. Please take a moment to rate my answer. Thanks...

How to stop cracks in winsheild

Clayton, a small crack say 2-3 inches may be fixable by glass shops injecting a filler. If about 6 inches, replace the windshield because it will get larger and unsafe. Yes it will cost you insurance deductible but that's life. My windshield was cracked 6 inches by a golf ball, can you imagine? Had to change.

Sorry this tv can't be repair the Plasma screen panel is dead. The Plasma screen crack causes the radiations leakages, that why tv screen can't sustance the radiations at all to be able to light up,even tv still have enough radiations to light the Plama screen internal screen menbrance will have a big cracks like a spider web or a huge shatter like a car windshield broken glasses within it safety plastic shield. The tv Plasma screen panel is 90% inportant functions to the tv,by replacing the Plasma screen panel, will cost the same as a new tv,sorry this tv now only worth as a salvage tv for it eclectronic boards for parts, that it.

Is there a glass behind the touch pad????My phone has multiple color lines, in one corner of screen, it looks like spider web cracks???don'tt remember dropping or hitting it???????? soem one told me it...

Yes there is glass in a touchpad- the fact that you have spider webs indicated that part of the LCD has cracked- and it could have been at the factory with a small defect that finally broke. I would approach your provider from that angle.

I have a Xerox Copycentre C20. There is an error message reading Scanner Locked. It will only print blank copies

What you want to do is look on the bottom of the scanner.
On the bottom of the scanner you will see one and only one green latch. It is about 2 inches long an a half inch wide.
Turn the machine off and puch the latch in toward the back of the machine, then pull it out toward yourself untill it snaps forward.
Once you get it released, lift your feeder and look on the left side of the glass. You will see 2 phillips screws. Remove those, then take that 1 inch glass and white plastic surround off. Gently slide the scanner to the right until you slide it under the glass. Reach down and squeeze the tabs on the side of that latch and pop it out. You can just leave it out, but I would recommend taking some good tape and covering the hole to keep moisture and dust out of the scanner.
That latch is for shipping purposes only. So it will not have any effect on the machine unless you are planning on moving it in a truck or car a long distance, And if you are, just pop it back in and latch it. But that IS your problem. You hit that latch removing the copies from the output area.
