Three things you should check using a good code checker which can read sensor outputs - the throttle position sensor (TPS), the mass air flow sensor (MAF) and the EGR valve. While you are at it, replace the PCV valve.

Hi, run a number drill through the main jet. Even though you have carby cleaned it a thin layer of residue will remain on the walls of the jet. The problem you have is a lean misfire. Regards Phil.

1996 volvo 850 pcv valve location

These have a PCV oil trap, not a valve. It is located under the intake manifold. The hoses run from under the spark plug wire cover all the way down to the oil trap and over to the throttle body. Over time the PCV oil trap becomes brittle and clogged. You will need to buy a new PCV kit for around $150 and replace it. Before you do, you must clean out the engine block where it attaches at its lowest point on the engine. I used sea foam, compressed air, and a coat hanger. I did an oil change at the same time so I could drain the sea foam out of the oil pan. Make sure you clean it out good because it will spray oil out of the dipstick and oil filler cap even after replacing the PCV components.

Car running lean on bank 2, changed intake gaskets and pcv valve

what does exhaust smell like you may have carbon build up in engine try removing o2 sensors and cleaning with brake clean and reinstalling reset code and see if it comes back and how long it takes to reset also you can put a can of berryman in the gas tank with at least 1/2 tank of gas or more also buy a can of sea foam and install through vacuum booster hose you may see lots of black smoke from tail pipe if so after following instructions for application drive some what hard and if the black smoke continues fore at least a mile keep driving and if you notice a diff in runability but still have a little black smoke buy another can of sea foam and repeat service NAPA has sea foam on sale this month

It works for a certain time but after it run for several minutes its begun to have a problem og low compression or rpm then sloely it will *******

Your problem may very well be related to fuel.

Will it idle if left alone to warm up?

Has the bike been used or has it been setting for a while?

Do you mean that you throttle it and eventually it will become sluggish?

If you are using fuel with Ethanol in it, it will cause your valves to build up. Go to Wal-Mart and get some Sea Foam and fill up with Premium fuel - then add the suggested amount of Sea Foam. You may have to use the Sea Foam for two fill-ups or more, but if it's fuel related, this should clear it up and save you mega bucks by not having to take it into the shop.

It could be an intake valve that is not sealing due to sticking or burning and in some cases mal-adjusted. When was the last time the valve lash was adjusted?
