Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Verify that the usb port you are using works with another device if you have one available(one that can charge from USB to verify the voltage is working) or try it on another computer if available. Also check the cable and make sure the end of the connectors did not get bent or damaged. Also try pulling the battery out(if removable) and cleaning the connections with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip. Also make sure the battery is firmly inserted into the housing and not loose. Also you can try updating the firmware from the Sansa website and see if that gets the charging working again. If you are unable to get the USB to charge the unit they do have an optional a/c adapter that will charge the sansa and plugs into the wall. Let me know if you have any other questions.
