Question about Epson Stylus C84 InkJet Printer
I have an Epson Stylus C84. After running out of black ink, I ordered an excellent kit with empty chipped cartridges, ink, chip resetter, etc (and cleaning kit). A few months ago I successfully filled and used the back cartridge, then a few days ago the cyan one, but yesterday, when I did the same routine with the yellow and magenta cartriges, I got a message with the Epson Utility stating that those two cartridges are not recognized.
I unplugged the power cord and printer cable, took the yellow and magenta out, used the resetter, put them back in, plugged the power cord and cable back in...
Tried it several times, still no luck. They snapped in place ok.
They are new, so I don't see how there could be 2 damaged chips(?) Any ideas would we greatly appreciated!
