Standard power. The voltage is 220V and the 3 black are your hots as well at the 2 reds. The green is your ground. You connect the 3 blacks together then to your hot as well as connect the 2 reds together then as well to you hot the ground is separate. If you looking at a 220v plug the hots would be the bottom 2 post and the ground would be your top lug or the single lug is always ground. Try this link as it may help you visualize the job.

You have 2 x 110 volts hot wires for 220 volts, a neutral and an earth to the chassis.

Belling cooker d841 top oven

The US National Electrical Code only mandates white (or grey) for the neutral power conductor and bare copper, green, or green with yellow stripes for the protective ground. Power will generally be black or red. 3 phase power will have three colored lines, the first is generally black or brown, the second red or orange, and the third blue or yellow..
i,e,
Yellow/Green is Earth so 'E'. Brown is live so 'L', and Blue is neutral so 'N'.

the unit is 240 volts not 120 volts/its ok to have the wht and green tied together so long as it comes directly from the house main panel/new law in some places require them to be separate/wht=Neutral/Green=safety grd to case...now how many watts does this unit draw? 2/12 wires sound awful small for the input current/sounds like you need to upgrade to atleast 2#6 wires for power/1#8 for neutral and atleast a #10 for safety ground

Admiral Clean-O-Matic oven: Power cord black red white ground?

Your terminal block has been by-passed .
Hook your black cord wire to the black screw on the terminal block.
Hook your white wire to the white screw on the terminal block. Hook the bare ground to the exterior ground screw.
The 2 wires that are wire-nutted together will have to hook to the red wire on the cord.(they originally went to the third connection on the terminal).
You will probably have to cut and strip the red cord wire and attach it with the 2 wire-nutted connections.

What coloured wires go where on the main oven thermostat

If you are speaking of the 240v connection to hook up the oven to the electrical source, then white is the neutral(white to white), black is one of the 240v hot wires(black to black), and red is the other 240v hot wire(red to red).
Finally there is a bare or green color ground wire that goes to the bare or green wire form your source.
normally, the two outside wires on a terminal strip are the hot wires and the middle onif the neutral(white). It does not matter which wire(red or black) goes to what hot terminal at the appliance.
If you are talking about the internal wiring, I can get you a schematic of that.
