Take the front panel off under the door. It will be either a phillips or a star bit.

If I were you, I would leave it, and it should find it's way into the filter.
To try and remove it is quite an involved task.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

Sounds like coins between the basket and drum. How do I remove the coins?

If it has baffles for washing, check to see if you can lightly press the baffle to one side (press firm but don't snap it out) while rotating the drum by hand. I do this with my Whirlpool Duet and the coins eventually just slide out and into the drum where I can see them.

I have many coins under the drum of my washer,

Yes, it is. You must first remove the screws in the top and the front will come off easily afterwards.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

Thanks, Ella

Front load washer sounds like a marble is loose

You washed something from your pockets. coins, marbles, I even removed a nail clipper before. Use a flashlight and try to look through the holes. If you can get front panel off. Put light under tub and see if you can see something that way.

My Whirlpool duet washer is not draining. I am

If you hear the pump running and not draining, then take the toe panel off. Should be 3 1/4" screws on bottom. Remove the "coin catch". It looks like a BIG screw and it's white. Turn counterclockwise. There may be a sock, change ect...clogging it up. Dump it out and run machine. Have towel or bucket ready when removing coin catch.

Coin trapped between rotating drum and casing

Get underneath the machine and remove the big black house coming directly out of the drum, this is held in place with either a screw tie or pinch type tie.
Put the machine back level and see if the coins drop out (they should) or have a feel around inside the drum.
Please make sure machine is unplugged and empty before carrying out this procedure.
Some water will come out of hose.

remove the sump hose from the outer drum and try to fish it out with a bent piece of wire. the sump hose is usually at the bottom of the drum and after taking it off will leave a hole big enough to remove the object

If you dont have screws on your tumbling vanes, you can take a very small screw driver and lightly lift the vain enough for the coins to slide out.
