I think you should have been little more clear about your question.
I think you might be facing the problem with logon and logoff .
If the Icons are not displayed in the start menu. Then follow the steps below.
Right click the start
select properties
in this pop up menu click on Classic start menu.
Then click on customise icon.
in this list check(select) the log off text.
click ok
again click Apply and Ok.
Now you go to start and see there would be a log off icon in start menu.

I want to know that "is how many Windows XP version is publish So far"? any one answer detail i know only 2 one is HOME edition and 2nd is Professional " IS it ???? what about Media Center Edition...

try to Clear the temp files and folder also empty the Temporary files from Internet Explorer

open Internet explorer
Click on Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files - Click Apply Ok
Try to browse

WIndows xp won't let me log off


Maybe a virus attacked to your PC  or Maybe some part of your windows damaged or Registery part damaged or changed.
at first scan your PC by an updated scanner and kill the viruses if it won't help update your windows again once again if it won't help you should format your pc and install windows again.
