Question about Dell A940 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi: my name is Roland I have a dell a10 printer a940. Iam unable to use it. when i turn it on is show,s hardware error 0502. can someone help me? thank,s
Hope this will do the trick
On the multi function machine seems to be a coating on the metal rod that the cartridges travel on. Just wipe this rod with a Kleenex and the problem seems to go away.
Somehow it presents a drag on the cartridges and causes an error.
Myself I would put a little bit of oil after on a cloth and wipe along the bar.
