Using Quickbooks (2008 Premier).... invoices sent to print or save using the pdf converter changes the color scheme....I have them set to convert in blue but they convert to yellow...(using Vista 32 bit op system) any suggestions?

Go 'Lists' and then open 'Templates', double click on the product invoice and make sure the invoice is 'Active'. Qbooks saves printer settings for each feature, regardless of which is set as 'default' in Windows...be sure you have the correct printer selected. If the above are set correctly, go to HP's website and download the latest driver for your printer.
There are three things that you can try.
1. Exit and restart QuickBooks - try printing again
If this doesn't work
2. Go to your printer setting, double click on the QuickBooks PDF converter to open the printing queue, select any jobs listed and click cancel. If there are no jobs listed or you can't cancel them.
