When you remove the battery door, battery, any cards that you can still get at. There are 4 screws that you can see. If you remove these, (T5 or T6) the front should lift out and you should be able to better get at the SIM slot. The SSD may be fried, and the SIM slot may be damaged. Take Care

How do you know what slot to put sim card in slot 1 or slot 2

You either have a dual SIM card phone (it can use two SIMs with two different phone numbers) or you're confusing the MicroSD memory card slot with the SIM card slot.

If you truly have a dual SIM card phone, just put the SIM card in slot 1. Your phone's user manual should be able to offer further info.

Installing additional memory into my Jitterbug smartphone--How do I do it?

Per the Jitterbug Smartphone manual, on page 124:
https://www.greatcall.com/docs/default-source/pdfs/jitterbug-smart-user-guide.pdf

Adding more Memory Your Jitterbug features a microSD expansion slot to add up to an additional 32 GB of memory. The following is how to add more memory:

1. Remove the Back Cover using the Back Cover Release notch found on the bottom corner.
2. Locate the microSD expansion slot, which is below the External Speaker, and carefully insert the microSD card into the expansion slot until it clicks into place.
3. Replace the Back Cover.

IMPORTANT! Do not remove the SIM Card located opposite of the microSD expansion slot. Tampering of the SIM Card may cause issues with connectivity to the GreatCall network.

Show your memory card location

Remove the back cover by holding the phone firmly then slide in the back cover of the handset. You will now see your MicroSD and SIM card slots. Take your SIM card and slide it into the slot provided with the chip facing down. You will also see a small diagram showing you which way to insert the SIM card. Now slide open your MicroSD memory card slot gate, pop your MicroSD memory card into the slot, then close the MicroSD memory card slot gate by sliding it forward then backwards.

How to take the sim card out of the nokia 5230

Hi

On the left edge you'll find two covered slots, one for the microSD and one for the SIM card.

While you can easily insert a SIM card into the slot from the outside of the phone, you have to remove the back cover and battery to take it out, which makes this design a bit odd.

The rear cover is pried off with a fingernail to get to the battery compartment, and it goes back on with a simple snap.

Regards.

How do i put a micro sd in to my samsung intensity

There is a slot on the side of the phone where you can insert a MicroSD card. Remove the back cover (there is a slot at the top, near the camera, where you can pry the cover off with your finger) and as you're looking at the battery, the MicroSD slot is to your left, just above the camera button. Just slide the memory card in there.

You should turn the phone off before inserting a MicroSD card. Without the back cover on, the battery won't make a tight connection, and if it jiggles at all it will lose power and shut off anyway.
