Remove the food and the ice maker from the freezer ( if equiped ) . Remove the rear freezer panel . Using a hair dryer , start in the middle , below the coils , defrosting , until you see the drain hole . Use hot water to help defrost the hole . Once water starts going thru the hole , use a small hose inserted into the hole , and blow thru , to remove any unseen debris in the drain line . To avoid this problem again , you can use an ALUMINUM solid wire , 14-16 guage , with the insulation completely off , and insert one end into the drain hole as far as possible without any force . Wrap the other end about 1 1/2 to 2 turns , around the black rod (defrost heater) , above the hole . When refrig goes into defrost , the heat will transfer from the heater , to the wire , keeping the hole from freezing up again .

You have an icing issue whereby the drain tube is getting blocked with ice and so when it goes into auto defrost the water can't get down the drain tube so it runs down the back wall of the fridge and lays under the crisper drawers. You need to check out the tube to see if it is ice or sometimes a bit of debris from the freezer can get stuck in the drain cup/tube. If it is an icing up problem check the defrost timer, the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat. Hope this will help.

Water inside refrigerator

Because your model has an evaporator located inside the fresh food compartment it also will have a drain opening below that evaporator. This is a common problem with these dual evaporator models that have drain blockage caused by ice or gunk blocking the drain and causing water to flow below the crisper drawers. Sea Breeze

Could be the little red stopper at the back of the fridge on the inside has come off, and this is where the water is coming from, look inside on the lower shelf and you will see a round opening which should have a red stopper in it.

Why is water is pooling at bottom of the fridge

WATER LEAKING FROM REFRIGERATOR OR INSIDE THE FREEZER OR FRESH FOOD SECTION
You have a blockage in your condensate defrost line or the pipe that fill the tray below the refrigerator is missing the condensate collector pan that uses the heat from the fan to evaporate the condensate back into the air inside your home.

Water accumulating under the vegetable boxes in the refrigerators

Self-defrosting refrigerators dispose of the water generated during the defrost cycle, usually via a tube or channel that directs the water to a pan at the bottom of the refrigerator. From the pan, the water normally evaporates.

If the tube or channel is clogged or obstructed, the water backs up and leaks into the inside of the refrigerator compartment. Then the water builds up at the bottom, inside of the refrigerator. When the water has built up for a time it may spill out of the front of the door opening. To fix this problem, clear the drain tube or channel and allow the defrost water to flow down to the drain pan.

Water in bottom of refrigerator coming from freezer (not really sure of the exact model as I'm not home to double check).

If water appears on the floor in front of the refrigerator once or twice a day, it could be due to a clog in the defrost drain tube. The usual evidence of a clogged drain in a side-by-side refrigerator is ice under the bottom basket in the freezer compartment, in addition to a puddle of water on the floor.
