What have you done?
Did you try to update the BIOS, and did the update fail?
If so, then it's cheaper & much simpler to buy a new motherboard
than it is to buy a PROM-programmer device,
remove the PROM from your computer,
stick it into the PROM-programmer,
and then program a new BIOS onto the PROM.
