My maytag dishwasher model 665.15974992 lck on light is blinking. When I pulled the kick panel off and foung the repair guide it says it is doing this because one ore more buttons is stuck, but doesn't say how to unstuck them. I have tried pushing all the buttons and even slamming the door whith no avail. im am the daughter of a maytag repairman and determined to fix tis. Any suggestions? Thanks! Judy

- I have tried tis also but it just keeps flashing. Do you think removing the touch panel would maybe unstick whatever is stuck? Thanks for the suggestions.Jan 12, 2008
- Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After taking off the panel (a bit of a pain, but doable) I unplugged the ribbon and cleaned it. I am running a load of dishes now and very happy! Thank you all for your help!!!Same Problem

- I can press the load setting buttons on top of the door, but neither the delay or the start buttons will work... it just keeps flashing numbers. With two kids I REALLY need to run this dishwasher each night!- dannaseigleBest Solution

try holding the lock button from three to five seconds if that doesn't get it try removing power for same time and advise

- well if all that fails to resolve the promblem your supposed to change the contol. but you could try removing the membrane ribbon and clean it with a clean pencil eraser before replacing some times poor contact there can cause itJan 12, 2008
