Thanks for the ideas...They were taken with the same settings as multiple other pics. I am not fancy, I never change the settings! The 2 were taken together at a different time than the pics before and after. I can't see what would be different about them...

Could those 2 pics be in the internal memory and not on the SD or the other way around.

Are the 2 pics taken in a dif. fileformat or faulty?

Note if there is a pattern or if this is occuring w. more pics than just those 2 before you call KODAK

:) you don't need to be fancy in order to take great pics.

If this is the case then unfortunantly I think the 2 pics could have been corrupt. It happens once in a while. One of the ways to avoid this is to format the SD card within the camera. WARNING: NOTE that this action wil delete all your photos on the SD card

Good luck and txs for the rating

Consider NOT connecting your cameras to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Do you have Kodak EasyShare software? If you dont, then download it from Kodak.com site. Select "support" and then click on "Kodak Easyshare Software - Windows Operating System". Download and install in your PC. Use this software to download your pictures to PC.

My m1063 Kodak camera will transfer most of the pictures to my computer. A few pictures will not transfer. Is there something I can do to correct this problem?

Do the pics that will not transfer have the same numbers as ones already on your computer? If so, the computer thinks you already downloaded them.

Scrap the camera! Kodak hasn't and won't address the problem. Most picture download software won't recognize the camera. The only solution is to remove the memory card from the camera, put it in USB adapter and treat it like a flash drive. Cumbersome. Awkward. Stupid. After you scrap the ****, tell your friends so they don't make the mistake of buying a Kodak.
