Music in music library shows corrupted cannot delete

All music in music library shows system error or corrupted 5800 music express cannot delete

Connect ur phone to ur PC in Data transfer mode.
Make sure u can view hidden files in ur pc.
Open E:\private\
where E: is ur memory card drive name
Delete all the files in "private" folder.(u can copy and save all the files before deleting incase anything goes
Disconnect ur phone and restart it.
Open music library it will refresh itself automatically.
Mines working fine now....

    I can see hidden files on my PC but i can't find this private folder on my phone memory or on the card memory

Cannot play the music

just reset your phone

Turn phone off, press and hold the green (talk) key on the left + number 3 on the keypad + the * key and then turn the phone back on. Keep pressed until phone boots up

Have you tried using the Nokia PC Suite or even going to the file through 'mass storage device' option when plugging into your computer?

Media library problem


You delete the library, and start again. Thats the quick option, or you could delete 1 by 1 and you may find that just 1 or a few are corrupt.

Media problem


General system error means it's software is corrupted, just reprogram it. It cannot detect by pc because it have no identity at, just reprogram it and it will work fine, maybe it's infected with the virus while you're synchronizing with your pc.

Music in file manager instead of music library


once you load the music to the phone, restart the phone than go to library and see if it says searching device or similar and it should load all of the songs in your phones memory.
