Question about Cell Phones
Hi, this is a very common problem most people get this problem when changing their sim card to another network.
What you need to do is either go onto your service provider website and navigate your way to their page that lets you send the mms and internet settings to your phone they send you these via a text message this will then update your phone to the correct settings.
If you cant find this on their website then you need to contact them by phone and ask them to send you the settings to your phone they will also send you these via text message this will update your phone to the correct settings.
This should then solve your problem.
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
many thanks for using fixya.com
