Connect your mp3 to your computer.

Locate the mp3 player in My Computer.

Right click your mp3 player & select Format.

All files will be deleted when your player is reformatted.

Let me know how you get on.

My TC1500A mp3 player is not downloading songs from my computer. I keep getting error messages like:

"The portable player (RCA_MPR2460_US) does not support this function"

Then the display freezes up and i have to reset the device to get it to respond at all.

Can anyone help?

open onto the files section and log into each file separately and delete each song one by one.
