Question about Biostar P4M890-M7 (P4M890-M7 PCI-E) Motherboard
Remove any adapter cards except for the video card. remove one stick of RAM (if you have more than one) or replace the RAM module you have for a know good one.
If the RAM is not the issue, and it starts normally, start adding adapter cards until the issue comes back.
