Question about Panasonic Panafax UF-595 Plain Paper Laser Fax
When faxing to a company that receives directly to a "scanner" I get error code 503, which is not in the manual. I am assuming that it means the receiving fax "won't hook up" similar to code 492, communication error. I can send it to my other in house fax (Win-Fax Pro on a computer) and forward it to the scanning fax. This is getting more and more common with the companies I work with. Is there a solution to this problem. Thanks
All you can do yourself is have your phone/fax lines checked out by your phone company. Make sure that fax has it's own dedicated, non-digital, phone line. If you're dialing in to machines that are on digital lines or is some new piece of equipment, then there may be connection issues and there isn't much you can do about it.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
