The T con board is not working correctly with your TV or the cable connections are either broken or loose or the external device are not attached fully to the TV. Or the wiring is not been connected properly.
I've seen this issue many times on this series of Vizio sets, you have a bad EEPROM IC on the main board, either change the main or order and solder in a new IC if you have advanced soldering skills, needless to say the chip will be a fraction the cost of the board.
The main board and the power supply is bad for your TV and it would be more easier to buy a new TV than to try and fix the current TV that you have and that our TV could of had died on you.
The cable to the screen connector needs to be seated all the way on the main circuit board. It cannot be cocked to one side or not pushed in completely.
You will get a white screen when you unplug the t-con from the main board. Doing so removes power to the LCD panel. Verify that all of your voltages from the power supply are correct. If they are, I'd look at the t-con board. It sounds like there is a problem with the t-con that is pulling down the main board.
for the radio and bluetooth, you will need to flash the phone and for the white blank screen, you will need to change the cord or flex which connet the main board to the sub board.problem solved. But are you a technician?
