Trouble faxing and receiving fax from "Brother 575"

Can you help me with my fax machine? I have vonage, and a second line # with the wire in the second plug, and I still can't receive any faxes. The machine makes copies, and receives calls, but not faxes. What can I do? e-mail address: sanctuary_v@yahoo.com

do you have voicemail with vondage? If your fax is set to FAX/TEL then you cannot use the voicemail. You cannot use a telephone company's voicemail in this mode.
