You need to adjust the throttle governor on the side of the carburetor you will see a adjustment screw do a weld to get the welder to runs at high speed then adjust the screw till it runs continuously, if it still dies out change the fuel filter and try again drain the carburetor bowel if it's diesel replace fuel filter and run fuel threw the water trap.

I have a 2007 miller bobcat it has spark cleaned carb new plugs new filter and it won't start

did you try a touch of starter fluid in the carb just to verify that the engine is getting spark? ethanol gas... if it hasn't run in a few months and you left the gas in it... you better revisit the carb cleaning

My miller blue star 185 wont idle up when you start welding

Check your idle control module,
take the roof off of your welder, located at the top right of the inner control panel, it is the little red box with multiple white leads connected to it and labeled with alphabet letters.
pull the connectors, insure they are clean, reconnect them, start your welder and see if that corrects the problem, if not, you will need to purchase a new idle control module

Miller syncrowave 250 tigrunner with gas flow

Your problem is in one of two areas. The controller board inside the unit or a bad trigger on your gun.
