Question about ASUS A8N-SLI Motherboard
Hey there everyone, first thanks already for being here! I have A8N-SLI Premium and am running winXP/sp2 ver 2002 and for some reason all of a sudden my audio system has gone down to one channel. I have tested the speaker, the receiver, updated both the sound card drivers, audio controller firmware and just about anything related to them, and still only the right fron channel!
I would say that your integrated sound controller is on it's way out. I hate to give out bad news. There is hope. All it will cost is a phone call to Asus tech at 812-282-2787. Your manual will not have the correct number because they have moved to IL, though the CA branch has not moved. Remember your board is warranted for three years. You will need the S/N located on a white sticker on your serial port.
