Problem for Kitchen Cooktops
Generic problem for all Kitchen Cooktops
All five ignitions clicking rapidly
After cleaning the hob,all the five ignitions started igniting periodically for approx 5-8 mins. We waited and then switched on all the burners, which are working ok. The ignition clicking has stopped for now but my concern is that what was the cause and also is it safe to use?

- Kitchen Aid Cook top same problem as above. Just following cleaning, all burners would try to ignite, clicking rapidly, I unplugged the stovetop from underneath and am waiting for it to dry hopefully this will help.- mgrazkoJan 08, 2009
- cleaned my stove too, a Jenn-Air, and it the igniter is clicking on rapidly on all five burners as well. Been going on now for over 10 minutes. Tried blowdryer on it but hasn't stopped yet. - GuestDec 18, 2008
