Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
Try plugging the unit up to itunes, and restoring the unit. You will lose all the data on your ipod, so make sure that all your data is loaded on to itunes before restoring. Also if you did not get all your songs from itunes, make sure you ran a virus scan. If the song is corrupted it is not going to work on your ipod. Also make sure the song is the right format, have itunes convert the song to be formatted right for your ipod. If none of the above work, check with Apple to see if the unit is still under warranty with this site: https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do
The serial number can be found on the back of the unit toward the bottom. If you have any other questions feel free to contact www.wiredextreme.com.
