It is telling you that the video adapter is defective. Here is a link to HP where you can check if your laptop falls under the warranty extension for this problem. This is a common issue and HP is aware of it. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=1842189&dlc=en&docname=c01087277#c01087277_identify

You will need to send the laptop to HP for repairs. The motherboard will need replacement due to the video is built into the motherboard.

This indicates the video adapter is not working. From the HP threads, it would appear you would have to send this in to HP or an HP Authorized Service Center and have this repaired.

There does not appear to be any "customer fix".

Sorry

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Why does my acer aspire z5761 keep freezing and has horizontal lines across screen and constant bleep?

You probably somehow killed the screen. Did you drop it or bang it into something? You can try downloading and replacing the drivers, but I doubt that will help. Lines on the screen are usually a physical problem, not software related.

You may try a Windows Restore if your machine has that ability. Some do, depending on who you bought it from. Again, doubful it will help, but worth a shot.

Need more information on the bleep. When does it bleep? Constantly? When you touch the screen? Or when you boot it up? What kind of bleeps? One? Several? Long? Short? Both? Repeating sequence?

Hp pavilion dv9000 bleeps on start up

This error code is almost always a blown video chip. You can try reseating the memory or using only one stick. (if you have two), but chances are that your video is blown.

There are over 20 bleep codes, it sounds like morse code with short & long bleeps, these bleeps are for on board memory, remove RAM from slots & re instal one at a time in another compatable machine to check if RAM is OK, check power pack, also check power switch connection on front panel conection block on mobo
