If you can't hear the solenoid on the water
inlet valve(it's on the back where the water supply hooks up) when you try the
water then the water switch on the dispenser is at fault.
If
you do hear it Your water line could be
frozen in the door. You can disconnect the line at the bottom before it goes
into the door at the bottom hinge. Push the dispenser button and see if it comes
out there. If it does, leave the door open till it thaws.
If it doesn't come out there disconnect
it at the water inlet valve and see if it comes out there. The valve could
be bad.
