Question about Apple iPod touch
Make sure that you are plugging your unit into the wall. Also make sure you are using a USB charger and not a fire wire charger. Fire wire is not a compatible charger with the itouch. The way you can tell is that if your charger plugs into your computer its USB. Also when you plug in your itouch you should see the battery come up if it is charging. If it is still having trouble then it can be a bad battery, or main board. Contact Apple and see if the unit is still under warranty with this site: https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do
The serial number can be found on the back of the unit toward the bottom. If you have any further questions feel free to contact www.wiredextreme.com.
