fuser error will need to fix fuser first then reset code

Had this problem and called customer service and they had no idea. Turns out it's an alert that the suspense is jammed (DISP). Clear it out with your hand and you should be good to go. I figured this out after my kitchen was full of puddles when I got home from work.

U1016 Loss of ECM serial data - this is why the bike will not run. Fix this first.

You need to fix the loss of serial data first and then the bike will start - U1016

re install fixing unit and do the sc reset. press clear mode 2x 107 press clear/stop until COPY SP appears press Copy Sp then exit, turn off machine then on after 5 to 10 seconds

SP means Spool Pin. It is currently in position to wind a bobbin. Move the bobbin winder pin to the left and SP should disappear.
