Question about Riso Office Equipment & Supplies
On our Risograph gr3770 when we burn a master from the computer thru a rip the imprint on the master is not centered when burned. The image is shifted so when it is printed on the letter size paper it is so far down that even adjusting the print position all the way to the right, the image is still not centered. What could be causing this and how do I correct the situation?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

either the motor is not turning to lift it up or the gear is broken, do you hear the motor turning when the tray is pushed in? take the tray out and look in the back to see if there is anything blocking it also.

This solution is ONLY for pulling out the drum.
Open front door. If you look at the metal housing below the drum you will see a plate mounteg with two screws. Get it off and you will see a small lever. Turn it right to loosen the drum. Be extremely careful when pulling out the drum. If the drum is not in zero-position it might be a bit difficult (e.g. have a look at the master clamp). Please note that it may be difficult to insert the drum again.
