Re: MP3 player froze

There may be a pinhole somewhere on it that would reset it. Use a paperclip in the pinhole.

Hello, my MP3 player froze. I can't turn it off, or do anything. any help?

Take a paper clip and bend it open. Then stick it in the little hole on the bottom of the DJ - that is the reset button.
If that doesn't work you should call Dell and see if they are willing to replace the unit.

If you have any more questions, just come back here and leave a comment - I'm happy to help.

Mp3 STUCK!!!

Try pressing the reset button at the back of the player with a bent paper clip. It is a tiny hole labeled reset. You shouldn't loose your music.
