If the alarm light is lit constantly it usually indicates that the paper is not loaded, it should go out when paper is loaded. If it is coming on and staying on for a while during printing then there is a problem with the paper out sensor and it may need cleaning. If it is flashing then the other lights that are lit indicate the problem.

Unplug power, look down on printhead some have a chrome metal clamp that swings out and then you pull up on print head. Some models have two screws that hold print head in. Then the print head pulls up.

Okidata 321 lxmc logic board blows fuse

We had a number of these. On the LXMC logic board is TR5. OEM is marked B882. It's a power transistor. Replacement is NTE264. Solves the problem and also solves some cases where space motor seems weak even though it is known good.

If you have the software I would install it and see if it works if it does not Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} you may have to install or update drivers Most of the drivers/software I get are from a web site driverguide.com you need to fill out a free registration then search for the driver you need download it in a format you can use install it and then most times reboot the computer
