Hello, I wanted to remove all the programs of my TI-84+, so I performed a reset: all RAM cleared. Now it resets ever time I turn my machine on, what can I do about this? Thanks for any help.


It sounds like the small round battery in the battery compartment is either not connected well or dead. Try making sure there's no corrosion on the connection and replacing if that does not work.

Reset


The TI-83+ has several different resets. If you can, press 2ND MEM to get into the Memory Management menu. Press 7 to select Reset and go from there.

If the calculator is non-responsive, remove all four AAA batteries. Press and hold the ON key for at least ten seconds. Replace the batteries. Turn the calculator on.

MY TI 880 PRINTER RIBBON WILL NOT REVERSE


This is most likely the ribbon drive and Caltex has them.

Epson Stylus Color 880 printer problem

Need to reset calculator


When you press the reset button it resets EVERYTHING. You are now back at square one. Start all over again.

My TI turns itself off and resets its RAM whenever I hit an arrow key.


Sorry that you all are having issues with your calculator. Try the reset procedures for your units. Reset procedures can be found in Texas Instruments Knowledge Base which can be found at the following website:

Note: Even though the reset procedures are for units that do not turn on, they can still be helpful.
