Thanks for using FixYa. Firstcheck all the cables (inlet and outlet) are tightly placed in the socket. Also overtime the batteries might become week and needs to be replaced. However, beforegoing for this please unplug all the outlets from the UPS and leave it for morethan 12 hrs to charge the batteries completely. If the issue still persists,then you’ll need to replace the batteries. You can get the replacement from thefollowing link---
