Question about Tomtom GO 300 GPS Receiver
Can you get GPS signal under any circumstances (e.g. when the unit is outside of your car).
You may possibly need an external antenna.
In addition to resetting/restoring factory settings, you could try this:
Tap on the satellite receiver bars (lower right corner of the screen).
This should take you to Status Summary. Tap on the satellite bars (right edge of screen). This should take you to GPS Status. Tap on Configure. This should take you to the coordinate display.
Whatever display is chosen, pick another one, then tap Done, then tap Done again on the next screen.
Did that fix the problem?
