Question about Washing Machines
You have collapsed either the drum bearing spider, or the pulley.
The drum bearing is built in with the shell, and is part pictured in the big circle, on diagram below. The pulley is part 26 on diagram.
Here the parts.
The rear of the drum must be inspected to find and replace the broken part. If the pulley is OK, then replacing shell/bearing assembly is quite a challenging job, not for beginners.
