Question about Lexmark X73 All-In-One InkJet Printer

To the best of my knowledge everything is properly connected. will not copy or print.please help me solve this problem.

Listen the thing which you want to print out go on that file open it and click ctrl+p and chose your printer but 1st you mst have to install your printer driver in computer that's all

Printer 'offline' right?
Turn it off and on.Solved?
Clear any print queues.
Disconnect the printer from the PC and from power.
Reboot the PC.
Connect everything again and try printing now.

Can't change copy mode on printer back to print? seems stuck in copy. Keeps print a page telling me it's not aligned. Has all these lines I'm sopposed to scan for best quality etc.

i understand that you are facing some problem with your printer. Please follow the below steps to resolve your issue:

1. Turn off your printer and disconnect all the possible removable parts from your printer like cables, memory cards (if any) cartridges, etc
2. Fix them all back to position again properly.
3. Uninstall all the software and drivers related your printer from your computer and use the driver cd which came along with your device to reinstall back. connect your device to computer when prompted to do so while installing the driver.
4. If your buttons on the printer seems to got struck within, then try to pull them out carefully and don't make that to struck again inside until you give the printer to service for next time.

6. whenever you connect a new cartridge or reconnect the existing cartridge then you may be prompted to align the print cartrdges. If prompted, you may be asked to take a printout. Read the instructions shown and provide proper reply to it by seeing to the printed pages ( normally colour and lines will be printed) as this will align your print cartridges and will produce quality prints from next time onwards.

Internal memory is full


Slap on a USB cable to it and extract the pictures from it onto your PC. Simple as that, print them or transfer them to a suitable platform a external TB or an USB stick

Refuses to print

We buy canon copier ir3035 with all acces,every thing is don but we cant install properly pdl kit,because its not accepet printing from networking or we tray to print through usb port as will after install...


(This is for your information)First ur problem is not mentioned clearly. You are mentioning network printing is having problem (this is ok) but it is not clear that printing from USB is having problem or not. And you did not mention the type and version of your operating system(OS) and the nature of your network. Installing driver is very crucially depend upon the OS and the type of network that you are having.

Let assume that you are having genuine MS Windows 2003 Server as the backbone of your network and genuine MS Windows XP SP2 as the OS of the client PCs. Some basic knowledge of networking is required to understand and execute the remedy mention below. And you should read completely first before trying out this.

For network printing problem of Canon ir3035, first check the physical network cable(UTP) if it is properly crimped & properly connected, then check the connectivity by pinging the IP of the copier (which is needed to set manually if there is no DHCP server in the network). If the copier is responding properly. Check again by pinging the server from the copier (which you will find under MENU and NETWORK OPTIONS of the copier). If both the way is responding properly uninstall the printer driver totally and restart the system. Re-install the USB driver first and then re-installed the network driver (before re-installing the network driver first check whether it has got the required IP from the DHCP server, if not assigned one according to your network). If there is no error message during the installation of the USB driver(normally USB installation does not show any error), USB printing should be ok. Thus USB case is close.

Then check the network by using the same procedure mention above. If everything is ok, you can carry out the installation process for network driver. This way there should be no network printing problem. If still there is the problem please check that you are not using pirated copy of OS. Network printing for ir3035 is not ok if pirated copy of OS is used. You have to get a genuine copy and will solved the problem A to Z.

Not printing faxes


It appears you have a faulty connection. Make sure the line is connected properly, also check to see if you have your settings set to Fax/Fax Receive mode.

Dell 810 not printing


Dear chibihamster, It seems that there is some loose connection in your printer. If you have a little knowledge in hardware, please open your printer carefully, check all the connected cable specially the printer head connector. The best way is that disconnect the printer head cable and reconnect it again. Do not do anything in your scanner circuit area, otherwise it will create you more problems. If this doesn't solve your problem, please contact the manufacturer. GOOD LUCK!!
