Question about GE 2-9096GE1 Caller ID Unit Phone
My unit works fine on one extension, but doesn't on another. The phones on both extensions work fine in all respects, but the caller ID just doesn't react at all. It just keeps saying "no calls."
Could some defect in the wiring keep the caller ID from working, yet allowing all of the phone's functions to work perfectly?
Anybody have any ideas?

I have the same problem with a 25932 phone, and the instructions packaged with my unit was for the 25922 series. How serious are these people?
If you do get a solution, would you kindly e-mail it to my hotmail at email@example.com.
Thank you so much!
