Question about Google Chrome
Try this - this error seems to be an access/permissions issue, and various Windows updates seem to trigger different defaults, even if you've changed this before.
Open Explore (right click on Start)
Go to C:/Windows/Temp folder Right click on the Temp Folder. Choose PROPERTIES. Choose the SECURITY tab. Choose the EDIT button.
Make sure you have full permission (allow) for your user name.
If you are the only one using your computer, you can give full allow access for each profile listed. Click on the APPLY button, SAVE it. Restart your browser or email.
It should fix the problem.
