When we install the car seats in the back (1 rear facing infant and 1 front facing toddler) the car seats are tight, but after driving the seatbelt seems to unlock and the seats are loose. 2 Honda dealers told me there is nothing wrong with the seatbelts. Any advice?
I can't be of much help, except to indicate what Honda says about the seats, and to give you a URL to look at:
Using a Seat Belt Locking Clip
Always use a seat belt locking clip when you secure a child seat to your car with a lap/shoulder belt. This helps prevent the seat from shifting position or overturning. A locking clip is usually included with the child seat. If you need a clip, contact the seat's manufacturer or a store that sells child restraints.
The URL will take you to a more complete reference to your car manual regarding child restraints. https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/om/AC9595/AC9595O00020A.pdf
Hope this helps you.

The rear seat is four (4) pieces.
You will need two tools a 6mm and 8mm wrenches. 1.) Unbuckle the rear seat belts. 2.) Locate the bolt in the center part of the rear seat, between the cushion and the seat-back. Remove the bolt with a 6 mm socket wrench. 3.) Push down firmly on the front edge of the rear seat cushion and pull it toward you to unhook and remove the rear seat cushion. Push the seat belt stalks through the center holes and lift the cushion out of the Accord. 4.) Pull the lever on the side of the rear seat bolster to lower the rear seat-back, which must be in the down position to access its bolts. 5.) Slide the center seat belt toward the passenger side of the vehicle. Move the loop over the edge of the seat-back to prevent it from hindering removal. 6.) Remove the three bolts from the bottom edge of the rear seat-back, using an 8 mm socket wrench. One bolt is in the center; the other two bolts are on either side. 7.) Pull the rear seat-back out of the Accord. The remaining sections of the seat should be the two side bolsters. 8.) Remove the bolts from the bottom of the side bolsters with a 6 mm socket wrench. Push firmly against the first side bolster. Push it upward to slide it out of its mount. Repeat the process on the bolster on the other side to finish removing the Accord's rear seat.
This should take approximately 15-30 minutes depending hoe mechanically inclined a person is.
fit the baby seat in the rear no problem ,it is extremely dangerous to use a front seat mounted one as dont think that this vehicle has the option to turn the front airbag off .if you move the seat back it will fit but its at your own risk .
Yes those are very good and most car seats come with them. The manufacturers website probably has them available for download as well.
I have a pet peeve against infant or toddler car seats though. It is often very difficult to get them secured properly with belts in some cars. Some belts remain loose until the car detects a collision. This of course makes for a dangerous situation where the carseat stays loose. If your car is like this and you are serious about keeping your precious little one safe, consider adding a second belt of the old style that can be manually adjusted. I feel strong enough about the importance of this that I would even install it for free if someone bought the belt and brought it to me.
I believe this procedure applies to your 94 Accord: With your hands, press down on the seat cushion where it meets the seat back. Locate the retaining bolt(s). Some models retain the seat with one bolt in the center; others use two, evenly spaced left and right. Remove the retaining bolt(s). Lift the back (toward the rear of the car) of the seat bottom upwards while rotating it toward the front of the car. Disconnect the hooks at the front edge (during the rolling motion) of the seat and remove the seat bottom. Remove the carpet (in the luggage compartment) from the rear of the seat backs. Remove the seat back mounting bolts from the luggage compartment side. Lift out the seat back. If the rear side bolsters or pads are to be removed, remove the lower mounting bolt, then push upward to free the hooks. Hope this helps you.

IF YOU GO TO A HONDA DEALER THEY SELL A SET OF THREE ANCHORS IN KIT.(JUST ASK FOR REAR CHILD SEAT ANCHORS)THEY RUN ABOUT $25 FOR SET. AT THAT POINT YOU CAN HAVE THEM OR YOUR NORMAL MECHANIC INSTALL FOR YOU OR IF YOU CHOOSE TO INSTALL YOURSELF THEY'RE FAIRLY EASY TO DO.IF YOU OPEN UP TRUNK AND LOOK AT BOTTOM SIDE OF REAR DECK(BEHIND HEADRESTS)YOU WILL NOTICE 3 SPOTS WHERE NOTS ARE WELDED TO DECK SPACED EVENLY ACROSS DECK.ONCE YOU HAVE A BEARING OF THERE LOCATION YOU TAKE A RAZOR BLADE AND MAKE THREE SMALL CUTS FROM TOP SIDE IN DECK FELT WHERE THESE NUTS ARE LOCATED. THIS IS WHERE SEAT ANCHORS BOLT TO.THERE ARE ALSO IN THE CREASE OF SEATS SMALL HOOKS TO ANCHOR LOWER STRAPS OF CAR SEAT TO.YOU KIND OF HAVE TO FEEL AROUND FOR THEM BUT ONCE YOU FIND FIRST TIME YOU LL GO RT TO THEM EVERY TIME. GOOD LUCK! JOEL
Unless they were removed completely from the car they are there just put you hand between the back of the seat and the seat part of the seat and pull up. the seat part should raise up and the seat belt should be buried under there the tend to slip un the seat for some reason. Good Luck Leave me a fix-ya if I fixed Ya. Contact me if you need more help
Use "pool noodles" that you have pre- cut into lengths equal to the width of the base. Some experimenting will be needed; you may have to stack them like a pyramid, with more towards the back of the seat. Bath towels work as well but are more slippery on leather.
