Question about Computers & Internet
Do you know wether the Symbol barcode scanner base RL475 with barcode scanner LS4071 is PS/2 compatible or not? The manual says that it is for IBM POS 684X/9X systems, but I wonder if that's the case, because in the same manual it says, something about RS232 interface.
Thanks, in advance!
Hi, you will need the 25-17821-20 and STI80-0200R cables to connect to PS/2. You must have a PS/2 keyboard for this connection.
If you would prefer to connect to a USB port you should get the 25-17821-20 cable with the STI85-0200R.
The RL-475 was for the IBM, but it also supported Synapse which is the STI cable.
