Wiring for the arm head where the needle goes. Wires were unplugged by accident now not sure how to plug them back in. Rockola sybaris 474.thanks

Thee is a standard wiring connection for stylus cartridges. Looking at the rear of the cartridge, there are four connections. With the stylus point down, starting at the top left and moving clockwise:-
White wire - Left channel out (10 o'clock)
Red wire - Right channel out (2 o'clock)
Green wire - Right channel ground (4 o'clock)
Blue wire- Left channel ground (8 o'clock)

Alternately the connection arrangement could be in a vertical line with alternate pins staggered. In this arrangement looking from top to bottom it will be :-
White wire - Left channel out ( Top left)
Red wire - Right channel out (Second right)
Blue wire- Left channel ground (Third left)
Green wire - Right channel ground (Fourth right)

I hope this helps

Pioneer volume control

make sure you are using the correct impedance speakers and the speaker wires aren't grounded to the chassis in any way. If you are running more than one speaker per channel, make sure they aren't in parallel. If only running 1 speaker per channel, then it's likely a faultu speaker or grounded connection.

Install echoincobra25

mic connections.
pin1 grnd
pin2 audio
pin3 tx
pin 4 rx
only use the ground wire black from echo board. do not use the shielded wires on the audio.. some board will make a ground loop. and will have problems. only use the center conductor of the audio wires..
use a small diode 1n1001 or similar.(.08cents) on the power wire.. you can also use a 1k resistor to drop the voltage. some echos do not have onboard voltage regulator. to drop to 8v or 5v.. most new ones do.. but using a diode and resistor will make it last longer if it operates at that voltage..
ask around tat a RADIO shop or Ham operator.. cb shops don't always know what they are doing..

The 3.5mm audio plug broke off on my Beyerdynamic headphones. I need to replace the plug. There are four conductors but I don't know what type of plug to buy (4-pin?) or what the pinout is.

Two of the wires are ground (-) and two are hot/signal (+). You'll need a stereo 3.5mm mini plug (try your local RS...they also call them 1/8" plugs). The stereo plug will be divided into three separate connections called Tip, Ring and Sleeve. The Tip is right channel signal, the Ring is left channel signal and the two grounds should be connected to the Sleeve or ground connection.

If you get one side of your headphones backward (out of phase, plus and minus backwards) you'll know by the sound quality and so reverse the wires of only one side to correct.

I HAVE A NEW CASE, & NEED TO CONNECT THE FRONT UBB & AUDIO LEADS. CAN YOU HELP, CHEERS

Hi there, first check the image below. You've got USB 3 and 4, and AUDIO section. For the USB, pins 1 and 2 represent front panel USB power on both 3 and 4. As for AUDIO connection, pin 1 is Front Panel Microphone input signal, pin 3 is Microphone Power, pins 5 and 6 are for Right Channel audio signal to Front Panel and pins 9 and 10 are for Left Channel audio signal to Front Panel.

You can find more details in the motherboard's manual, page 23 and 24.

HOW DO I INSTALL ROGER BEEP ON A GALAXY 33 CB RADIO

Does the roger beep come with instructions? It can vary between beep boards.

Typically it gets installed inline with the mic jack.

There is a wire or pin on the board where the tx wire, and the rx wires go.These wires get disconnected from the mic jack, then a wire goes to the tx pin. Then there is an audio wire that gets connected to the audio wire of the mic jack. Then the black wire to ground, and the red wire to switched 12v right off the power switch.

Here is a schematic of the board connected to the mic jack so you know what pin is what.

Again, I would need to know what roger beep board you would like to install.

How do you wire atrb-x2 echo board in a cobra 29 cb i was told the white wire inside the radio is the audio wire mine does not have awhite wire on the mic con. on the inside

don't worry about wire colors. pin 1 is ground. some mic's need two wires for ground depending on the PTT switch used. pin 2 audio. pin 3 TX pin 4 RX.. thats all there is too it. once you know the pins all radios are easy. galaxy/connex/genlee same pin outs except pin4 isnt' needed for RX but can be used for 9v dc to power micropohnes.

Pioneer Kp-500 wiring red black gray green Red hot black common for speakers green 1 channel gray 2 channel Will play using radio chasis grounded should the black be grounded to the vehicle?

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

My compliments on the KP-500.

The black wire serves as common/return for the green/gray speaker wires. Yes, the black wire should also be grounded to the vehicle as it is the power ground and is tied to the chassis/body of the stereo.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
