No print on the label. The media may not be direct thermal media when printing without ribbon (i.e. thermal
transfer). See the test procedure
Determining Thermal Media Types on page 29.
• For thermal transfer printers, the media may not be outside wound or approved for use in
the G-Series printer. See the following ribbon test procedures: Ribbon Test with Adhesive
on page 32
and Ribbon Scratch Test on page 33.
• Is the media loaded correctly? Follow the instructions for
Loading Roll Media on page 11
in the Getting Started section. For printing using transfer ribbon, see
Loading Transfer Ribbon
on page 14.

Adjut the sensor or re-calibrate.
To adjust sensor:
Open up the printer where you put the label, where the paper is fed there is are two green levers, one that helps guide the paper (media guide) which is adjustable by flipping down and sliding that is located on the right and another one that is ON the media assembly(media sensor) check this for a reference as to what I'm talking about, it's not for a Zebra but they have the same functions.
Go to page 29 and magnify it(400%) to get a better look
depending on the type of labels you use is how to adjust
1- labels with a knotch on the side, sensor MUST be all the way on the left ( standing in front of the machine , for reference)
2-labels with a gap in between each one, MUST be set towards the Middle of the labels.
Adjust a little at a time to check by pushing the feed button
if this does not work it must be recalibrated.
I don't have a manual for that printer, sorry.
