Faulty Phone

I have been having problems with my silver u600 for a few months now, it has been sent off by the shop tha i bought it from- phones 4 u, and they have been very helpful to me. The fault is that my blue tooth will not work at all, it wont let me take pictures either. it also deleted everything in my phones memory a few weeks ago. I have been a customer of yours for quite along time now and hope you can solve my problem for me.
