Dear jima, Go to the canon site/ support. type your model number there and it will show all drivers for your printer. select the operating system and download driver. install it and your printer will work. thanks.

The only way the installation wizard can add it is if it is the list that come with your computer if not will need the installation disc for it.

Sofeware for canon muliPASS MP390

Here you can download drivers and software for mp390. Just select drivers and download tab, and select your OS (eg.Windows xp, Windows Vista etc.).

Printer installation without disk

For Windows XP Home, Pro, x64 click the link for the drivers.
The link will opeb another page where you will have to open a dropdown window & pick your OS again. (Cannon just has to be differant)!
