Flash you're phonewith another version..complete the flash and make sure no step is missed.. what software are you using?..use an older box to flash your phone, better to use tornado gdfs3..it gets those nokia types up and running..

just take the phone to a mobile store and have them reflash it for you, they can bring it back even if you are getting no power to boot it up

Nokia 6600 won't turn on

Sometimes this occures after flashing. It seems you flashed it with older version files. Try to reflash it with higher version and it will be OK. Other thing is that if your bluetooth module is defective then flashing can be lead your phone to this status because bluetooth is always stays in system start-up. If it is so you have to try reflash it with disable blutooth flash. If it is not solving your problem then mail here including the details bellow:
1 Which software you are using? UFS, JAF or any other?

2 Are you skilled hardware technician? Can you understand the
circuitry diagram and hardware tricks? as it was provided from
here.
